Conditions for Returns

Physical items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Cici Graphic Design within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.

Design Services

For custom design services, exchange options (such as revisions, scope adjustments, or substitutions) are defined in the signed design contract. Each service includes a specific number of revisions or deliverables, which differ from service to service.

Once work has begun, services are not eligible for exchange outside the terms outlined in the contract.

Digital Products

Digital products and downloads are not eligible for exchange due to the nature of digital delivery, unless explicitly stated in the product description.
